NCAA Net Ranking: State of Oregon 50, California 90

F – Taya Corosdale (6-3 juniors)

G – Emily Codding (senior 6-0)

C – Kennedy Brown (6-6 in sophomore year)

Previous meetings: Oregon State leads the series 39-38. This is the only regular season meeting between the teams, as their Jan. 7 game at Cal was canceled due to COVID.

Notable: Before the game, Oregon State honors Taya Corosdale, Emily Codding, Andrea Aquino, Ellie Mack and Jovana Subasic on Senior Day. Corosdale is eligible to return next season, but hasn’t decided. … The Beavers enter the day in eighth place in the Pac-12 standings. Due to COVID postponements, many games have been postponed and canceled this season. The final ranking will be based on the percentage of wins and losses. It looks like OSU is unlikely to improve on its fourth-place position and earn a bye to the first round of the Pac-12 tournament. Finishing sixth or seventh is ideal, as it puts the Beavers on the opposite side of conference champion Stanford’s range. … OSU has won 11 straight games against California. The Bears’ last win was in 2014.
