“The creepy embodies everything great about iconic slasher movies of the 80s and 90s,” said Brad Miska, General Manager of Bloody Disgusting and Screambox. “It’s nostalgic, it’s dark, it’s gory, so it’s no wonder the film, and Art the Clown in particular, has become a staple for horror and Halloween fans. fans are unprepared for what they are about to experience.
Director Damien Leone said, “Like our incredible fanbase, Bloody Disgusting immediately recognized the franchise potential of the film and recognized Art the Clown as a new and formidable presence in the genre. It was encouraging to find the perfect home for our crazy, unrestrained horror film, balls to the wall after three arduous years of production, a global pandemic and endless gallons of blood. Our goal was to create a horror film that pushes the boundaries, fresh but old-school and insane as hell. You know… a movie you can take the kids to! We are thrilled to finally answer that once dreaded question… “So when does Terrifying 2 go out?!'”
